If you want to accelerate your project, there is a part of the project (system) that the greatest impact on shortening the duration of Reality? Resources, resource managers, project managers, tasks, suppliers, customers, communication, tracking, motivation, team? Maybe all.
The Critical Path is the longest sequence of tasks in a project, it is also the shortest sequence of tasks in a project. Because it is the longest path of the project, determine the total duration of the project. And, it also determines how quickly the project can be completed. If you one day delay on the critical path, all other things being equal, the project will finish in one day later. If you have one day to save one of these tasks, the project will finish in one day earlier.
Attention to these tasks makes sense. More specifically, the one currently in the work of the project and tell you, right now, is getting better or worse.
Critical Path How many tasks in the work at the same time? Better one. Not two, not zero. There should be only a Critical Path. It is easier to manage the project if you just need a job to look at once. That if you watch a task, and it is slow and it’s getting late, you can help this task to get done. Look at the next Critical Path tasks. If you shorten them, the shortened duration of the project. This is where you focus your attention on the program crash. Even if the Critical Path tasks changes as more or less time than planned to take, you can probably Predict where the trail moves and what the next task will be critical. Will it be another chain of nearly equal length.
Try not to concentrate on anything. It does not work. Watch your Critical Path. That is where the action is important. It is crucial. That is where to focus first case delays Pls. Managing is easier. Your projects go faster.

business skills

business skills

When we talk about business skills are generally two categories will be discussed. The “hard” skills such as technical skills, sales, finance. And then there are the so-called “soft” skills. Here are five “soft” skills you will need to have a successful business.

First, I do not really agree with describing them as “soft” because in fact some of the skills that are most difficult to obtain if you do not know where to start and that can help you. But that’s what they are commonly known as what is so important ‘soft’ skills for business success?

1. Vision
You need a vision for where you want your business to be and where you want to be personally (later). It’s nice to have a long-term vision, but make sure you have some medium term (eg six months) to reach the target you have something that is almost at hand to help you stay motivated.
2. Sensitization
You should be aware of what is going on around you, which changed the world n and where the opportunities and risks will be. Maintain awareness, it is easier to anticipate and plan. To seize the advantage when something changes in selected markets, or even a new market opens.

3. Listen
This is one of the skills most underestimated and massive manner. Listen to what your customers say. They not only tell you what they want, but if you listen carefully, they will tell you how to sell them. A key to selling is to remove barriers to make it easier to say yes than no. if you listen carefully when your clients tell you what they see obstacles to buy from you and you can then proceed to delete one by one.

4. Making it personal
Do not do anything about your business. Instead of focusing only on what you want your business will take time to think about what kind of person you want and need to be to achieve what you want out of life and outside of your company.

5. Imagination
This is one that can be helpful in two ways. First, if you exercise your imagination, you will be able to develop a solution that is more creative, more innovative and find new ways to sell. Your imagination can be a powerful tool in your own motivation. Imagine how your life will be when you reach your business goals (remember to think about what this means for you and make personal use). If you think this will greatly help increase your motivation and make it easier to overcome all obstacles on the road.
